Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — the minimum order is £10.
Is same-day delivery available?
No. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day delivery is not available.
How will my order be delivered?
We use a trusted courier service for all deliveries. When placing your order, please provide a contact phone number and any delivery instructions (such as gate codes, reception desks, or safe places) so we can pass them on to the courier and ensure smooth delivery.
Do you offer catering for large groups?
Yes! If you’re catering for more than 30 people, please use the contact form & our team will get back to you as soon as possible to help plan your order.
Can I customise or modify items in my order?
No — we do not offer any modifications or substitutions. All items are prepared exactly as listed, so please review the menu carefully before ordering.
How to I cancel an order?
Small orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Large orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations outside of these windows may not be eligible for a refund.
