Set up personal fields

Research has shown personalised emails can be up to 600% more effective than there generic counterparts. Off The Press allows you to personalise everything. You can create up to ten fields specific to your exact requirements.

For example, if you had a hairdressing salon you might want to create a personal field called “Gender”. When users are added to your list they select if they are “male” or “female”. When you send out a campaign to your list you might want to create a campaign heading that says “10% off all [Gender] haircuts this week”. All the females on the list would receive an email that says “10% off all female haircuts this week” and the males “10% off all male haircuts this week”.

Bounce management

Off The Press provides easy bounce management, alerting you to individual emails that were unable to be delivered. Over 3000 bounce definitions means you know exactly why the email was not delivered. Individual email addresses can be marked as inactive for future campaign delivery if they bounce more than a set number of times.
