Step by step guide

The step by step wizard takes you through the process of sending out an email campaign in logical steps.

Draft campaigns

If you haven't got to time complete the campaign don't worry. The wizard saves your progress and you can come back to it at any time.

Total sender control

You decide the parameters of the email including subject line, from name, email and reply to address so the campaign looks the way you want it to.

Supported email types

Off The Press supports HTML, plain text and multi part email formats. HTML templates allow you to reuse a great looking email over again without having to worry about accidentally altering the core design.

Spam checking

When your campaign is ready we strongly suggest that you run it through the built in spam checker. Spam Assassin will scan you campaign and let you know if it is likely to be seen as spam and filtered into junk mail folders.

This is an invaluable tool to make sure your email campaign reaches as many of its intended recipients.

Campaign delivery

Campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for delivery at any point in the future. Simply select the time and date you'd like the email sent and a report is delivered to you upon successful delivery.

Duplicate campaigns

Got a monthly newsletter that uses the same format (except for the content)? Duplicate the campaign to save yourself the time in setting one up from scratch. Go in and change just the bits you need to.
